Most members notice a visible change within five sessions. Here's what actually changes, in what order, and why the scale lies to you first.
Most of our members notice a visible improvement within about five sessions, provided they follow the plan. That is not a marketing number — it is what we see across locations, and it holds when people show up consistently and eat reasonably.
What "visible" means is worth unpacking, because it is rarely the thing people are watching.
Weeks 1-2 — how you feel. Energy, sleep and posture usually shift before anything is measurable. Your deep stabilising muscles are being activated in a way they probably haven't been for years.
Weeks 3-5 — how clothes fit. Body composition starts moving. This is the point most people first say something.
Weeks 6-12 — visible shape. Muscle definition and measurable fat loss, assuming nutrition is roughly in order.
This is the single most common frustration, and it is worth understanding.
You are building muscle and losing fat at the same time. Muscle is denser than fat. So your weight can sit perfectly still for weeks while your body composition changes underneath it — and your clothes tell you the truth long before the scale does.
This is exactly why we do monthly body composition scans rather than relying on weight. The scan separates fat mass from muscle mass, so you can see what is actually happening instead of guessing from one misleading number.
The honest version: every body is different, which is why we assess you first and adjust as we go rather than handing you a template.
