The control unit
The control unit at the heart of every E20 studio. It sets and monitors impulse intensity independently for each muscle group, so your coach can tune a session to your body in real time rather than run a preset.
The training suit
Our fourth-generation training suit. Adjustable strapping across chest, arms, abdomen, back, glutes and legs, so it fits properly whatever your build, with electrodes positioned to target every major muscle group.
The control interface
The screen your coach actually works from. Each muscle group has its own channel, set and adjusted independently while the session runs, with the timer, intensity and calorie count in view throughout.
EMS is EU-certified and every E20 session is supervised by a certified coach. But it is not suitable for everyone. If you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, are pregnant, or live with epilepsy, a heart condition, a serious circulatory condition or an acute injury, EMS may not be appropriate for you.
