The information on this website is general information about EMS training. It is not medical advice and must not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor or physiotherapist.
EMS training is not suitable for everyone. You must not train with us, and you should speak to your doctor first, if any of the following apply:
This list is not exhaustive. You are responsible for telling us about any medical condition, medication or injury that could affect your safety before you train. We rely on what you tell us. If you are unsure, ask your doctor before you book.
We may decline to train someone where we believe it would not be safe. That decision is ours and it is final.
Booking a free session through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your session is confirmed when a member of our team confirms it with you directly.
Free sessions are for new clients and are subject to availability. Membership terms, prices and conditions are provided separately at the studio and are not part of these website terms.
Orders placed on this site are requests to purchase, not completed contracts. An order becomes binding when we confirm it with you.
Payment is cash on delivery. No payment is taken through this website, and we never ask for card details online.
We confirm the final price, including any delivery charge, before dispatch. Prices shown on the site may change, and where an item is marked "request quote" the price is agreed with you before delivery.
Delivery times are estimates. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will tell you and either substitute it with your agreement or cancel that line.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods: tell us within a reasonable time of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund them. Consumable items such as electrode pads cannot be returned once used, for hygiene reasons.
Prices shown for service and maintenance are indicative for the work described. If a repair turns out to require more work than the listed service, we will tell you the revised price before proceeding.
Information about the partnership model on this site, including any revenue example, is illustrative and provided for general guidance. It is not a forecast, a projection or a guarantee of income. Actual results depend on your location, your pricing, your team and how you operate. Any partnership is governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this website.
Our website includes an AI assistant. It answers from information about our services, and it can make mistakes. It does not give medical advice and it cannot tell you whether EMS is safe for you — only a qualified person can do that. Do not rely on it for anything important without confirming with our team.
The content of this site — including text, images, video, the E20 name and the E20 logo — belongs to E20 Fitness S.A.R.L or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
Do not use this site to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or extract data by automated means.
Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
We provide this website "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Lebanese law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the Lebanese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
