Start to finish: the assessment, the suit, the twenty minutes, and what you should bring.
Bring nothing complicated. We provide the suit and everything under it. Wear or bring trainers.
Eat something light an hour or two before — training on an empty stomach makes the session harder than it needs to be. Drink water through the day, and plan to drink more afterwards.
Your first visit starts with a conversation, not a workout. We go through your goals, your health history and anything that would change how we train you — including the contraindications, which we take seriously.
Then a body composition analysis, so we have a real starting point. Not just weight: fat mass, muscle mass and the measurements we will track month to month.
Your coach fits the suit and adjusts the straps. It should be snug — a loose suit does not deliver evenly.
Then the intensity is set for each muscle group in turn. You will feel each one come on, and you tell the coach when it feels like enough. This is the part first-timers find strange: it is a deep, insistent contraction rather than a shock.
Guided full-body movement — squats, presses, holds, nothing exotic. Your coach stays with you the whole time, correcting form and adjusting intensity as you go.
It is twenty minutes of pure training inside a 30 to 35 minute visit once you include setup, adjustment, stretching and the recovery phase at the end.
Five minutes of recovery pulses to release tension, then a conversation about what we saw and what your plan would look like.
Drink water. Expect to feel it the next day — pleasantly, if the intensity was set properly. If you feel wrecked, the intensity was too high, and you should tell us.
The first session is free and there is no card involved. Membership options are discussed afterwards, once you actually know what you are agreeing to.
